1. About Inme Grove
Inme Grove is a reflective meditation application designed to support personal insight and mindfulness practice.
2. Important Disclaimer — Not Medical Advice
Inme Grove is not a medical product, therapeutic service, or clinical tool. Nothing in this application constitutes medical advice, psychological therapy, psychiatric treatment, or any form of clinical intervention. The application is intended solely for general wellbeing, self-reflection, and mindfulness purposes. It is not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental or physical health condition. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, emotional distress, or any medical concern, please seek support from a qualified healthcare professional immediately. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services. By using Inme Grove, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and that you assume full responsibility for your use of the application.
3. Eligibility
Inme Grove is available to users aged 13 and over. Users between the ages of 13 and 17 must have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian before using the application. By registering an account, users under 18 confirm that such consent has been obtained.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow third parties to access it. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Privacy Policy
This section explains what personal data Inme Grove collects, why, who processes it, how long it is kept, and your rights. Oleksii Anisimov, trading as Inme Grove, is the data controller. We process personal data under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR). Your personal reflections are private to you. We do not sell your data, we do not show it to other users, and we do not use it for advertising. Inme Grove has no advertising and no analytics or tracking tools, and it does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
5.1 What we collect
- Account data: your email address, and a name if Sign in with Apple or Google provides one. Your account is identified by a unique user ID.
- Your practice: session details (theme, duration, melody, intention), points, streaks and rank.
- Your reflections: the revelations you write or dictate, the AI interpretations generated for them, and any artwork you choose to create.
- Profile picture (optional): a photo you choose from your library.
- Purchases: your subscription status, purchase receipts and extra-artwork credits. We never see or store your payment card details; Apple handles payment.
- Invite programme data: if you use or share an invite code, we store the code, who invited whom, and the status of the related Premium trial or reward.
- Technical identifiers: anonymous device and installation identifiers created by our service providers so that the app, sign-in and purchases work.
If you use voice dictation, your device's speech recognition, provided by Apple, turns your voice into text. Inme Grove receives and stores only the resulting text, never the audio. Face ID app lock and reminder notifications run on your device only.
5.2 Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To create and run your account, deliver the app and generate your interpretations and artwork: performance of our contract with you.
- To process purchases and restore Premium: performance of our contract with you, and legal obligations.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse of free trials (see 5.5): our legitimate interests.
- To use your photo library or microphone: your consent, given through the iOS permission prompts, which you can withdraw in iOS Settings at any time.
- To answer your messages and requests: our legitimate interests and legal obligations.
5.3 Who processes your data
We use the following service providers to run Inme Grove. They process data on our behalf and under their own terms:
- Google (Firebase / Google Cloud): sign-in, our database, file storage, hosting and server functions. Our database and functions run in London (europe-west2).
- Anthropic (Claude): to write your interpretation, we send Anthropic's AI service your session theme and duration, your intention (if you enter one) and your reflection. For Premium users we also send a few of your most recent earlier reflections, so the interpretation can notice patterns over time. When you create artwork, Anthropic's service also turns your reflection into a short abstract description of mood, colour and imagery.
- Google (Gemini image model): generates your artwork from that abstract description. The description is derived from your reflection; your reflection text itself is not sent to this service.
- RevenueCat: manages subscriptions and purchases, using your account's user ID.
- Apple: App Store payments, Sign in with Apple, and speech recognition when you dictate.
- Resend: sends account emails such as password resets.
We send your content to these AI providers only to deliver your interpretation and artwork, never for advertising. We do not use your reflections to train AI models. Each provider applies its own data-handling terms, which you can read on its website. We may disclose data where the law requires it.
5.4 International transfers
Some of our providers are based in, or process data in, countries outside the UK and the EU, including the United States. Where this happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or standard contractual clauses, or on an adequacy decision.
5.5 How long we keep it, and deleting your data
- Delete Account (Settings): permanently removes your profile, sessions, reflections, interpretations, artwork, profile picture and login. This cannot be undone.
- Delete All Data (Settings → Privacy & Data): removes your sessions, reflections and artwork and resets your progress, but keeps your account.
- What may remain after deletion: a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of your email address, which we keep to prevent the free Premium trial being claimed repeatedly; purchase and receipt records held by Apple and RevenueCat under their own retention rules and legal obligations; and short-lived technical logs kept for a limited period, typically up to 30 days.
- Otherwise we keep your data for as long as your account is open.
5.6 Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy in a portable format, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Most of this you can do yourself in the app; for anything else contact info@inmegrove.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local data protection authority.
5.7 Children
Inme Grove is not for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, contact us and we will delete it.
5.8 Changes
We may update this policy. If we make a significant change we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, tell you in the app.
6. AI-Generated Interpretations
Inme Grove uses an AI system to generate reflective interpretations of your submitted revelations. These interpretations are intended as a reflective prompt only — not as advice, diagnosis, or evaluation of any kind. AI-generated content, including artwork, may be inaccurate or not relevant to your personal circumstances. Your reflections are sent to our AI providers to produce these results, as described in section 5.3.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Premium is an annual subscription. The price is shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and is processed by Apple's App Store. The subscription renews automatically each year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions); deleting the app or your Inme Grove account does not cancel it. You can also buy a one-time "extra artwork" item, which adds one artwork generation. It is consumed when used and is not refundable except as Apple's policies allow. Free users and Premium users have different monthly artwork allowances, shown in the app. Invite codes: a new user who enters a valid invite code may receive a free Premium trial of 14 days, once per person. Ambassador rewards depend on the programme rules shown in the app and may be changed or withdrawn. Premium access is granted or removed automatically based on your purchase and programme status. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.
8. Intellectual Property
All content within Inme Grove is owned by or licensed to Oleksii Anisimov. Your personal reflections remain your own. By submitting them, you grant us a limited licence to process them solely for generating AI interpretations within the application.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Oleksii Anisimov shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Inme Grove.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
